The party responsible for the processing of your personal data is QUIBI S.A., a commercial company, domiciled in the city of Bogotá, at Avenida Calle 1 No. 16 - 71, identified with the NIT number 860.024.141-4, who will collect and gather them through the different transactional channels and will be used for:

xiv. To access, consult, compare and analyze my information stored in databases of credit, financial, judicial or security risk centers legitimately constituted, of state or private, national or foreign nature, or in any commercial or service database that allows to establish in a complete and historical manner my behavior as debtor, co-debtor, borrower, customer, guarantor, endorser, affiliate, associate, beneficiary, subscriber, contributor and/or as holder of financial and commercial services or any other activity associated with the above.

xv. To fulfill the necessary functions according to the legal framework of the company's operation.
